The Idea

A client outside Egypt needs two things: to know every step that will happen, and to be confident that someone is responsible for the file inside Egypt. That is why every step with us is written and clear, and every file is handled by a lawyer who specializes in the field.

The Steps

1. First remote consultation: by video, phone or messages, in Arabic or English, taking time-zone differences into account.
2. File study and written opinion: we read the documents before giving an opinion, and we reply with a documented written opinion, not a verbal one.
3. Written fee agreement: it defines the scope of work and the fees before we begin, so you know exactly what is required and for what.
4. Power of attorney where needed: if official representation inside Egypt is required, we determine the suitable wording and you issue it from the Egyptian consulate in your country of residence. Details on power of attorney from abroad.
5. Execution inside Egypt: we follow the authorities and courts on your behalf, without you having to travel.
6. Periodic written reports: a report on the progress of the file, even when nothing new has occurred, in Arabic or English.
7. Closing the file: a final summary of the outcome, and handover of the original documents and the required copies.

Every opinion issued in the firm's name is approved personally by its head before it reaches you.
