A downtown Cairo law firm whose founder has been admitted to the Bar since 1994 and before the Court of Cassation since 2012. We appear before the Court of Cassation, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Supreme Constitutional Court; we cover criminal, civil, commercial, administrative, corporate, real estate and personal status matters; and we act for companies, individuals, and foreign and Arab clients as their attorney and correspondent counsel inside Egypt — in Arabic and English.
Instead of calling to ask "where is my case now?", log in with your email and see for yourself: upcoming hearing dates and all your case documents (lightweight PDFs that open and print easily) — updated as it happens, in complete confidentiality, and you only ever see your own data.

If you came to Egypt and needed a lawyer — whether through your embassy or consulate, or by searching yourself — what wastes the most time and trust is: a lawyer who does not respond quickly, fees with no clear written price, and a file you lose track of while you are outside Egypt. We work the opposite way: direct communication in Arabic or English with the lawyer personally responsible for your file (not a receptionist), a written and clear scope and fees from day one, and periodic written reports — even when there is no new development — so you stay reassured while following from afar.
Criminal and civil cases, contracts, or company disputes — whether the file came to us directly or through the embassy/consulate, or you searched for us yourself.
If your firm has a client who needs legal representation in Egypt — we work as local correspondent counsel: same file, same follow-up standards and periodic reports, under a clear fee agreement (hourly or fixed fee).
For our Egyptian clients who need legal representation abroad, we are building a network of trusted foreign and Arab firms to cooperate with on a reciprocal basis — each party referring its clients to the other firm according to the country required.
Whether you are in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain or Oman, or in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands or anywhere else in Europe — an Egyptian expatriate, an Arab or a foreign national — you can follow your file in Egypt from where you are: a remote consultation, a formal power of attorney issued at the Egyptian consulate in your country (learn about power of attorney from abroad), and written reports in Arabic or English, without traveling.
Do you have a firm outside Egypt and want to cooperate with us in representing your clients here, or does one of your clients need a lawyer in Egypt? Contact us and we will send you the cooperation details.
Concise answers to the legal questions people ask most, with their legal basis. Every case has its own facts, so these answers do not replace a consultation with a lawyer on your file.
