The Idea

The Social Insurance and Pensions Law No. 148 of 2019 sets out how to object to the Authority's decisions before going to court, and private insurance policies carry their own conditions and deadlines for notice and claims. We review the documents or the policy and pursue the appropriate grievance or lawsuit.

What We Do

How We Work with You

We begin with a consultation, in person or remotely, followed by a written opinion on your position, then a written fee agreement defining the scope, and periodic written reports as the file progresses. See the full engagement steps.
