The Idea

Personal status cases are heard by the Family Courts and usually pass through a settlement stage before the lawsuit. Our role is to explain your rights and obligations, try to reach a solution that puts the children's interests first, and, if no amicable solution is possible, represent you before the courts at every level.

What We Do

How We Work with You

We begin with a consultation, in person or remotely, followed by a written opinion on your position, then a written fee agreement defining the scope, and periodic written reports as the file progresses. See the full engagement steps.
